My name is Dan Wang. I am the quality inspection supervisor of hjumbo. It is my job to guide and supervise the production quality. It is my responsibility to carry out quality awareness education and training for employees.

Under my leadership, the quality inspection department strictly implements various quality standards and ISO9001 quality system standards, and completes various tasks in a down-to-earth manner according to the department objectives; Learn and update in time to make the applied management methods more scientific and reasonable. And adhere to the quality management method with ISO as the goal, continue to strengthen communication and cooperation with various departments, and promote mutual understanding and coordinated development. We cooperate with the R & D department to test rubber raw materials. The R & D department is equipped with the latest d&g rotor free rheometer. The non rotor vulcanizer can be used to accurately detect the standard of rubber hardening. The electronic tensile tester can obtain detailed tensile data of rubber materials. These instruments are used by Pan & Chen, two engineers from the R & D department, to test the rubber raw materials purchased for production each time to ensure that they meet our quality inspection standards.

I will make statistics and Analysis on the quality problems, show the weekly and monthly quality work, whether it is progress or retrogression, let the process quality controlled by each quality inspector be clear at a glance, fill in the notice of nonconforming products on the spot for the nonconforming items, clean up the nonconforming products and semi-finished products in time, and work with the production department to develop preventive and corrective measures, Avoid the recurrence of the same problem leading to larger batch problems; Actively use data analysis, timely make statistics of monthly inspection and test results and quality inspection results, and timely analyze and correct them.

As a manager of the quality inspection department, I have to consider carefully whether in work arrangement or in dealing with problems, so that I can stand alone. In short, over the years, I have gained a lot through hard study and constant exploration. I firmly believe that as long as I work hard, I will be able to do a good job. Having worked in the quality inspection department for many years, I know that I can't rely on my own experience to handle things based on my own judgment, which will lead to many problems. I often teach the new quality inspectors of the company to improve their professionalism and study the details of their work, so that they can surpass themselves and strive for greater progress.
