Rubber impellers are widely used in motor boats, ships, pumps, etc. the traditional external rubber coating generally uses natural rubber, nitrile rubber, neoprene, silicone rubber or fluororubber, etc., but the raw rubber price is high and the production cost is very high. The reclaimed rubber processed from waste rubber products has many kinds, low price and good performance. It can be added to the impeller coating to effectively reduce the raw material cost on the premise of ensuring the quality. Different kinds of reclaimed rubber play different roles in the rubber impeller. The following are the applications of three kinds of reclaimed rubber in the impeller.
Latex reclaimed rubber
Latex reclaimed rubber, which is processed from waste rubber cup, rubber wire, waste latex gloves, waste condoms and other raw materials, has the basic performance characteristics of natural rubber. Latex reclaimed rubber hyl10y11y2yyc has high mechanical strength, good elasticity, wear resistance and good compatibility with natural rubber. It can be used with natural rubber in any proportion to produce rubber impeller, reducing raw material cost and production energy consumption.
EPDM reclaimed rubber
EPDM reclaimed rubber retains the physical properties of EPDM, and has excellent high and low temperature resistance, weather resistance and ozone resistance. It can be used with EPDM to produce rubber impellers used in harsh environments. At present, the price of EPDM per ton in the market is generally above 26000, and the price of EPDM reclaimed rubber is basically 1/4 or even lower than the price of raw rubber. Mixing EPDM reclaimed rubber into the rubber impeller with EPDM as the main raw material can greatly reduce the cost.
3.Nitrile reclaimed rubber
Rubber impeller mainly uses the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of rubber. Nitrile reclaimed rubber is a kind of reclaimed rubber processed from waste nitrile rubber and waste nitrile rubber products. It has excellent oil resistance and wear resistance. It can be used with nitrile rubber to produce rubber impellers and reduce costs. In actual production, when producing rubber impeller with nitrile rubber / nitrile reclaimed rubber as raw material, it is recommended to use sulfur vulcanization, use high wear-resistant carbon black for reinforcement, and use DBP plasticization to better coordinate the processability and mechanical strength of the rubber.
